Let's Keep In Touch!

Pretty In Pink with Lush Cosmestics

This past weekend I attended the re-grand opening event for Lush Cosmetics in the St. Louis Galleria mall. I had so much fun meeting other St. Louis bloggers and trying out all the new products. It smells AMAZING in there and every corner of the new store is Instagram worthy. If you were following me on Instagram @PrettyLittleFro you would have seen all my fun Instagram stories!

I think the coolest part was that Lush Cosmetics featured me on their SnapChat story!!! I was like “Who me??” lol! It was really fun letting all of their followers know about the event and to come join us! This was actually my first time ever in a Lush store. It was fun to learn more about all their products, like the fact that all of their packaging is recycled and recyclable! And they ethically source all of their ingredients and their products are all hand made. Could they be any more environmentally friendly? As someone that is obsessed with recycling and keeping our planet beautiful I was really impressed and I think they will now have a loyal life long customer!

Expect some fun videos featuring products from my new Lush collection because they literally sent me home with way too many things! Also they have hair products!! I was like what, I want to try all of those please!

I wanted to switch up my style for this event and really get dressed up (yes I consider this dressed up!). I used my bandanna that I picked up from the dollar store as a cute neck tie (al la Freddy from the Mystery Gang). I paired it with a plain white tank top from Forever 21 and some skinny leg jeans, also from Forever 21. My favorite cowboy inspired boots from Target continued to slay the onlookers existence. My knock-off Chloe tassel purse from Payless hung from my shoulder like it didn’t cost $24.99. The belle of the ball was this soft pink trench style zip up coat from Windsor Store. This was a recent splurge purchase running me out of $56. I had been eyeing a similar jacket from Abercrombie but couldn’t justify paying over $100 for it because #brokecollegestudent. This entire outfit comes in right around $100. Shop my favorite pink trench coats below! The first one is the exact one I am wearing!
